Clarkes launch its new specialist coatings division.

Automotive, Architectural, Industrial, Medical and Niche

The coating is a metabolizing process that seamlessly applies cold sprayable metal to almost any surface Available in different metals: Aluminium, Brass, Bronze, Copper, Iron, Zinc, Stainless Steel, Tin, Nickel-Silver, Gun smoke, Reflex and Copper.

Even rusty finishes can be achieved without undermining the longevity and safety of the Vehicle or structure. Iron coating is applied over virtually any substrate and with the application of a corrosion accelerator the finish can be achieved in a matter of hours.

The coatings look, feel and acts like hot-cast metal, because it is up to 95% metal. It will adhere to almost any surface, including but not limited to: foam, plastic, gypsum, wood, metal, fiberglass, plaster, ceramics, concrete, terra cotta, cardboard and even paper. Once cured, the product has all the characteristics of a cast metal piece, including texture, lustre, heat conductivity and resistance to damage pro rata to its thickness.

Even rusty finishes can be achieved without undermining the longevity and safety of the Vehicle or structure. Iron coating is applied over virtually any surface and with the application of a corrosion accelerator the finish can be achieved in a matter of hours.

Currently very popular with several vehicle clubs and designers.

What makes the metal coating so strong? Metal and a polymer binder combine during a chemical reaction to create a metal composite.
This makes the composite greater than the sum of its parts.

The end result?

  • The creation of a durable metallised surface that will capture any design or detail.
  • Resistant to scratches and stone chips to another level, this is not paint in any form you have seen before.
  • Incredible corrosion resistance
  • Copper and several hi Copper content products have natural anti bacterial and anti viral properties. Being able to eliminate up to 99.9% of pathogens such as MRSA when left on it surface from contaminated hands or materials. Ideal for communial areas, work tops, hand rails, food preperation zones, switches in fact almost any surface in almost any material.
